Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Caddio mobile app ("Caddio," the "app"), operated by CADDIO LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account or using Caddio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Who can use Caddio
You must be 17 years of age or older to use Caddio. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 17 and that you are able to enter into these Terms.
What Caddio Is
Caddio is a golf practice intelligence app. You upload screenshots or import data from your launch monitor or simulator, and Caddio reads them, organizes your shot data, finds patterns across your sessions, and provides plain-language observations about your practice.
Caddio is a practice tool, not professional instruction. The observations, insights, and chat responses Caddio provides are generated by automated systems and artificial intelligence for informational purposes only. They are not professional golf coaching, medical advice, physical-fitness advice, or a guarantee of any result or improvement. You are responsible for how you practice and play. Always use your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
You may delete your account at any time from inside the app. See Section 7.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and trials
Caddio requires a paid subscription, Caddio Pro, to access the app's features.
Plans and pricing
Monthly: $12.99 per month
Annual: $79.99 per year
Prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region or change over time. Any price change will be communicated as required by the App Store.
Free trial
New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and you will be charged for the plan you selected.
Auto-renewal
Caddio Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Managing and cancelling
All billing is handled by Apple through the App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not directly process payments and generally cannot issue refunds; refund requests are handled by Apple.
Account deletion does not cancel billing
Deleting your Caddio account does not cancel your subscription. To stop charges, you must cancel through Apple as described above.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use Caddio for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours
Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app or our servers
Upload content you do not have the right to upload
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app or its output without our permission
Use the app in a way that disrupts or harms other users or our systems
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
Your content and our content
Your content. You keep ownership of the screenshots and data you upload. By using Caddio, you grant us permission to store and process your content as needed to operate the app and provide its features (including sending relevant data to our AI provider to generate insights, as described in our Privacy Policy).
Our content. Caddio, including the app, its design, code, branding, name, logo, and all related materials, is owned by CADDIO LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Caddio's name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account from the Profile screen at any time. This removes your account and associated data as described in our Privacy Policy. Account deletion cannot be undone, and it does not cancel your subscription (see Section 4).
Disclaimers
Caddio is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its insights will be accurate or lead to any particular result.
Caddio relies on automated reading of your screenshots and AI-generated analysis. This processing can contain errors. You should not rely on Caddio's output as a sole source of truth for any important decision
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CADDIO LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Caddio. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may be communicated in the app. Your continued use of Caddio after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Illinois, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
